How To Cook Pequod’s Partially Baked Pizza
Pequod’s offers par-baked pizzas to take home and cook at your convenience. They last up to 5 days in your refrigerator or can be frozen for up to 3 months for optimum freshness and quality. All Pequod’s par-baked pizzas are cooked completley through, and only require re-heating at home. For the best results we recommend following the cooking instructions below (these instructions also work for leftover pizza).
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Place pizza on oven-safe pan
3. Heat for Approximatley 15 minutes

Select 1-topping: cheese, sausage or pepperoni par-baked pizzas are available at our Chicago location for pick up or delivery through our online ordering portal. If you are interested in customizing a par-baked pizza, we request you give us a call 24-hours in advance to place your order and allow time to prepare.
