Our original location opened up in Morton Grove in 1970, but our Chicago location has now been around for 30 years after opening in Lincoln Park in 1992. Our stores and our pizza have been a staple in the Chicago area for decades. On this page, we include more information on our locations, hours, and delivery fees for our top-rated pizzas, as well as details on how to order online to make your customer experience as easy as possible.
Our Locations and Dine-In Hours
Click on the map above to get directions from your house to your nearest Pequod’s Pizza. Whether you live closer to the Morton Grove restaurant or you’re in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago, a great slice isn’t far away. We do take reservations if you’d like to book a table in advance. These will always be given priority over walk-ins, so you’ll be seated as soon as a table becomes available.
If you want to book for 12 people or more, fill out the form on our website to guarantee a spot in one of our restaurants. You’ll have to enter your name, requested date and time, number of people in the group, contact information, and any special requests or requirements you have for your booking. You also have the option to indicate if you’ll need any high chairs and if you have any mobility constraints.
If your requested time isn’t available, keep trying until you find an available slot that works for you, or call Pequod’s where one of our team can help you make your reservation. Please note that split-table reservations cannot be made in advance.

Pickup and Delivery
Pickup
If you want to grab a pizza on the way back home, call ahead to place your order and then stop by one of our Pequod’s locations to pick up your meal. You can even order online, so you can look through to whole menu to find your perfect flavor. Note that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, pickup orders will only be available at our city location at 2211 N. Clybourn Ave. in Chicago.
Delivery
You can check on our website to see where you fall within the delivery radius of our Chicago and suburban locations. You can then order your pizza delivery online or by calling the restaurant. The standard delivery charge is $7.45, but if your home is within a 2-mile radius, you’ll only be charged $5.95. You may also be charged extra for especially large orders. These extra fees are:
For orders of $100 to $150: $2.25.
For orders of $150 to $200: $5.25.
For orders of $200 to $300: $7.25.
For orders of over $300: $12.25.
Our delivery hours differ from our restaurant hours, and the cutoff time for ordering pan pizza is usually 20 minutes before closing time. The delivery hours for our stores are:
Monday through Saturday: 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. (Pan pizza cutoff time 1:40 a.m.)
Sunday: 11 a.m. to midnight (Pan pizza cutoff time 11:40 p.m.)
Pequod’s covers most north Chicago neighborhoods, including Lincoln Park, West Town, Near North Side, Lake View, North Center, and most of Logan Square. If you live just outside the delivery radius, just give us a call to see if we can reasonably accommodate you. We can usually work with customers located just outside the limits of our typical delivery radius.
For pickup and delivery, you also have the option of ordering frozen pizzas from our stores. Even if you’re not hungry when you place your order or you happen to be passing by one of our two Chicagoland locations, you can take one of our pizzas home to make in your own kitchen whenever you’ve got that craving. If it’s frozen pizza you want, you can also place an order no matter where you’re located, as we cook, freeze, and pack frozen pizzas to send all over the U.S.
Ordering Online
We’ve already mentioned how we made our ordering process easier at Pequod’s by allowing our customers to order online. If you’re ordering online for pickup, read the directions below to make the process seamless from start to finish.
For those ordering from the Chicago location, wait for a text confirmation that your order is ready before dropping by to pick up your meal. When you arrive at the designated pickup location, which is at Whale Tale on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, provide your check number to pick up your order. Your check number should be included in the email or text message receipt you received. If you have any issues with your order, call 773-485-7761.
For those ordering online from the Morton Grove location, you’ll receive an email or text message with your check number and a designated pickup time. Arrive at the pizza valet window at the stated time and provide your check number to one of our team to collect your pizza. If you have any issues with your order, call 312-459-4163.
