Hiring Restaurant Hosts!

We are looking to add hosts to our front-of-house team at Pequod’s Chicago. Pequod’s is a fast-paced atmosphere, so our hosts must take pride in their work as the first and last point of contact for our customers. Night and weekend shifts are required for this position with the availability to work until close. Earn up to $25 per hour [$14 per hour + tips].

Host and Phone Position Details:

• Availability on nights and weekends required.
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk around for up to 10 hours.
• Transports and carries objects up to 25 lbs.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Create a special guest connection.
• Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude.
• Ability to wipe down table tops and legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
• Past restaurant experience is preferred, NOT required – if you are open & willing to learn, we will teach!
