Assistant Manager Position

We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to help uphold our reputation by overseeing the dining floor, supporting the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily dining floor operations, ensuring efficient and seamless service. • Lead by example, motivating and guiding front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service. • Manage guest relations by promptly and professionally resolving any concerns or complaints. • Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of food and drink orders. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle assigned opening or closing duties.
- Assist with other restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth service
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate starting at $25.
