Hiring Restaurant Managers!
To maintain company growth, our team is seeking experienced candidates with proven leadership capabilities to fill full-time front-of-house management positions at Pequod’s Chicago location. Front-of-house managers will be responsible for supervising and coordinating staff and operations to ensure customers have an exceptional experience. Maintaining a balance between all departments and implementing the rules for the benefit of staff and customers is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the working relationship between management and staff.
- Ensure that company standards are being met and comply with state and federal regulations.
- Work any and all stations, when needed.
- Train and re-train employees when necessary.
- Take direction from upper management to accurately complete projects as assigned.
- Assume full responsibility for opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience is required preferably in a high-volume establishment.
- Exceptional planning, troubleshooting, and conflict-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Flexibility in schedule including the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
- Servsafe Manager Certification
